A perpetual award named in honor of Rose Emperor XIII Ray Snively bestowed annually at the Harmony of the Rose Awards Dinner. Ray and Rose Empress XXIX The Lady Elaine Peacock, also known as the Legend of the Rose are stilled referred to for their on-going service to the community. Ray was Founder of the Portland Knights of Malta among other activities and served with distinction as the Treasurer of the Rose Court longer than any other officer of the Board. All nominees must have a minimum of ten years of service to the Rose Court prior to their nomination. The Award is selected by vote of ACE/ICE Members at the Interview of Candidates for Rose Emperor and Rose Empress.
