A perpetual award established by Rose Emperor Chad Hammer bestowed annually by the Reigning Rose Emperor and Rose Empress. This award is given to a Court Member who exemplifies our commitment to service in our community, beyond the structure of the Rose Court. The recipient is selected by the reigning Monarchs and bestowed by the Embrace of the Rose.
