A perpetual award established by Rose Emperor XXXVIII, Athens Scities Foxx and Rose Empress LIII, Monica Boulevard. Bestowed annually at the Harmony of the Rose awards dinner by the Reigning Rose Emperor and Rose Empress. This award is given to a Court Member who exemplifies the “Keep It Fresh” slogan and is a positive member of the Court. The recipient is selected by the reigning Monarchs and bestowed by the Fire of the Rose.
