The First Impressions Award was created by The Impression of the Rose, Rose Emperor XLIV, Ty VanHelsing and Rose Empress LXII, Shima Manila Foxx. This award is chosen by the reigning Rose Monarchs and bestowed by Rose Emperor Ty and Rose Empress Shima. The recipient must be new to the Portland community and/or ISRC and have made a lasting positive First Impression on Portland and/or the ISRC.
