2024 Portland Coronation: Masquerade Ball
Advertisements placed in Rose Court programs are a great way to to promote your product or business to the diverse community that attends our events. We produce 5 professional designed and printed programs throughout the year.
Major Yearly Events:
December – Prince and Princess Ball and Investitures
February – Knight and Debutante Pageant
June – Gay Oregon Pageant
August – Gay Portland Pageant
October – Coronation
Advertising content must be submitted in final electronic PDF or TIFF file format min 300dpi. Black and White or color ads are accepted. No image bleeds.
Submissions
Send ads to advertising@rosecourt.org
Please include the following in the body of the email:
• The event the ad is for
• How you are paying – online or business check
• The contact information of the person or organization paying for the ad
About Payment
Payment must be received no later than the posted advertisement deadline for each event or the advertisement will not be included.

About Ad Sizes
This year’s coronation program will be a finished size of 8.5″x11″ and will be full color throughout. A full page ad is 7.5″ (W) x 10″(L) $175 and a half page will be 7.5″ (W) x 4.875″ (L) $135. A full size will be portrait style and the half page will be landscape style.
We do not accept personal checks for advertisements.
